We are a Stockport solicitors' firm who specialise in purely criminal and road traffic offences. For over 30 years we have been defending the people of Stockport and we deal with every type of case in the Police Station, Magistrates and Crown Court. For minor road traffic offences to the most serious matters involving commercial fraud, violence, and grave crimes. We can safely say that we have dealt with every type of crime over the past decades. We pride ourselves on being a particularly pro-active firm when it comes to dealing with the Police, Crown Prosecution Service and Courts.

 

We provide a complete service from attending at a Police Station through appearances at the Magistrate Court and the Crown Court. Within the firm there are no clerks or legal executives. When you speak to one of our professionals you can do so in the knowledge that we only employ fully qualified solicitors to deal with every aspect of your case.  Should your case progress to the Crown Court then you will have a dedicated solicitor, as well as a barrister to conduct your case.

 

Whilst most of our cases are heard at Stockport and Manchester Magistrates Courts, we can offer representation anywhere in the North West and, for cases further afield, we have a number of local agents available for instruction. We often cover cases in Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Merseyside, North Wales and have even had matters as far apart as Carlisle and Southampton.

 

Most of our cases are dealt with on a legal aid basis, but for those clients not eligible we provide a private service and fees are available on request. We are Accredited by The Law Society for Criminal Litigation work, and can be found on the The Law Society website.

 

Our offices are situated two minutes' walk from Stockport Magistrates Court and ten minutes from the railway and bus stations. Due to our Stockport location we are only 5 minutes away from the M60 motorway, so are easily accessible no matter your mode of transport.
